What happens if my goods arrived damaged?
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Navalla.eu will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Upon receiving notification that your product is damaged, Navalla.eu will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product until you receive instruction from Navalla.eu. After the claims process has been completed, Navalla.eu will send a replacement fixture at no cost to you . (Failure to follow this procedure may result in a charge for the free replacement item.)
Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge . Should you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy above will apply.

If you are not happy with something you bought, we'll take it back as long as it is within 30 days of when you got it and it is not a special ordered item.
If you opened it or damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but we'll charge a 20% re-stocking fee. If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund. The only times we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.
If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping.
"Exchange it" Return Policy
You may exchange your fixture once within 7 days, if you don’t love it. Return your fixture with your receipt to us and select your new fixture, if all of the followings are true:
- You requested the exchange within 7 days after delivery
- You have NOT used the product in any way
- You have not damaged the packaging
- Item returned is not a special order item (stock ordered upon request)
